BRIDAL GIVEAWAY: Party Like A Rock Star

BRIDAL GIVEAWAY: Party Like A Rock Star

I have a copy of the fabulous Jes Gordon's book "Party Like a Rock Star" to giveaway to one lucky bridal lovely! Her book is all about how to throw that unforgettable party that your friends will be talking about forever. In the book, you will find some fab tips and tricks on how to stay on budget, figuring out your concept, choosing great locations, creating an amazing space, and much more.

Here's what you need to do, bridal lovelies:
  • Leave a comment on this post
  • Tell me who (first name only) threw the best party that you have ever been to and why (keep it brief)
  • Be sure to include your email address in the post.
I will choose the best answer on Friday at 6 p.m.

You MUST include your email in the post in order to be considered.

Good Luck!

I Heart Hello Handmade

I Heart Hello Handmade

I normally don't do individual vendor reviews like this, but since I'm taking a bit of a breather from my regular posts, and since I absolutely love Hello Handmade, I figured why not share this with you. Hello Handmade is the result of collaboration between two incredibly talented people - calligrapher Betsy Dunlap and illustrator Shanna Murray. Together they create such wonderful, whimsical pieces, and they're just in time for the holidays!

This is probably one of my favorite gift ideas - totally unexpected and special. It's a 2010 calendar, but it's also a tea towel, so even after the year is over, it can be used in the kitchen. Maybe a nice little accent to a kitchen-themed wedding gift? Betsy and Shanna will be adding some download-able items to their Etsy shop at the end of the month too - can't wait to see them!
